Our Journey
Prasino Engineering, LLC is an independent professional design and building commissioning firm whose primary focus is sustainability, with LEED Gold and Silver project experience. The firm was created by college friends, with the original concept taking shape during a Power Systems class at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Founded in February 2013, Prasino Engineering is owned and operated by licensed professional engineers with over 45 years of combined industry experience. We specialize in higher education, K 12, healthcare, mission critical, commercial, and transportation facilities

While our primary business line includes commissioning and retro commissioning services, we also provide Energy Analysis and Design, LEED services, MEP and Fire Protection Design, Facility Assessments, Code Compliance, lighting and control systems, Power System Reliability studies, Low Voltage Systems, Circuit Breaker Coordination Studies, Arc Flash Hazard Evaluations, and Thermal Imaging.
